Welcome to Dewdrop Infusions! Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Dewdrop Infusions provides mobile intravenous (IV) therapy and wellness services (“Services”) to customers at their chosen location. These Services are intended to support general wellness and do not replace professional medical treatment or diagnosis.

2. Eligibility for Services

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Minors (under 18) must have a parent or guardian’s written consent, and they must be present during the session.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Our Services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult with a physician before using our Services, especially if you have any underlying health conditions. Dewdrop Infusions does not guarantee any specific outcomes or cures.

4. Medical Information and Consent

Prior to treatment, you are required to provide accurate and complete medical information, including any existing health conditions, allergies, and medications. You must sign a consent form, acknowledging the benefits, risks, and potential side effects associated with IV therapy.

5. Service Availability

Services are subject to availability, and Dewdrop Infusions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if necessary. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment or a refund.

6. Payment Terms

All Services must be paid for in full before or at the time of treatment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

•Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

•Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason, please contact us, and we will work with you to address your concerns. Refunds may be provided at the discretion of Dewdrop Infusions

8. Liability and Release

You acknowledge that IV therapy involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, allergic reactions, infections, and vein irritation. By using our Services, you assume all risks and agree to release Dewdrop Infusions and its staff from any liability related to any injuries or adverse outcomes.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dewdrop Infusions, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including any inaccurate information provided by you.

10. Privacy and Data Use
